Model rooms are available at 3x normal cost plus freight, with a credit towards final order of same set.
We do have custom design options from decorative metal to custom fabrics and public space.
A US based project lead will collaborate with clients, designers and factory personnel to enable transparency and proactive communication to ensure project success.
Our factory employees oversee and manage each project. Each factory has a full QC process for each department. Quality checks are done by ProcureHospitality employees in raw cutting, machining, finishing, and packaging.
We've done over 100 hundred projects to date
We require a 50% deposit and 50% balance + freight due prior to shipping.
Our standard lead times are 12- 14 weeks to property door. This is based on an assumed 1-4 containers; larger projects can be completed in phases to suit delivery schedules.

We offer various fabrics, stains & formica are available from Wilson Art, Formica, Richloom, Fabricut, Swavelle and more.
We have a minimum order of one container (approximately 30 rooms)
Each factory is capable of producing an average of 1,500 to 3,000 rooms per month.
